14 years experience leading international IT projects and programs implementation, with a strong business expertise in Trade-Credit Insurance, and successfull end to end SaaS platform Implementations

Expertise in IT projects management, with both a technical and business development background. 

Experience in managing large IT projects/Program (>10000m.d), in  international context 

14 years experience in IT software  implementation, including past 8 years in the implementation of a SaaS platform as the software vendor PM

Experience applying agile and hybrid approaches, closely colaborating with scrum masters and product owners

Strong experience in the Trade-Credit insurance business. Contributing to the digital transformation of major players of the industry in the past 8 years. Configuring TC products and rolling them to the market (Whole Turnover, Single Risk, XoL...) 

As independent project manager i can either help on the methodology and best practices recommendation, or as a PM contractor to carry out the day to day project & program management activities.
